Caleb Lane Brock, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he refused to comply with commands after pulling him over for driving under the influence.
Authorities stated that after pulling Brock over on Kingston Road he began to walk away and ignore the commands of the police. After being detained, Brock is accused of not allowing officers to place him in cuffs.
Brock told police that he was going to “drag the officer across the parking lot”.
Brock is charged with DUI, pedestrian under the influence of alcohol, four counts of obstruction and terroristic threats and acts.
