Julian Quarnell Williams, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said that he and two juveniles broke into a car at an apartment complex on Callier Springs Road and stole over $1,500 in items.
Reported items that were taken include an MK purse, Coach toate, Ed Hardy perfume, Dior perfume and $400 in cash.
Williams is charged with felony theft by taking, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and entering an automobile with the intent to commit a felony.
