Dawn Elaine Helms, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she used another person’s debit card, which had been reported lost, to make purchases at the Armuchee Quick Stop.
Police said that Helms charged $23 on the card without permission.
Helms is charged with financial transaction card fraud and theft of mislaid property.
