Perry Wynn Vandine, 62 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole over $2,500 of patio furniture from the outside of a store on Redmond Circle.
Reports added that Vandine proceeded to take the furniture to S&A recycling center and scrapped it.
Vandine is charged with felony theft by taking.
