Alexander Lawrence Clayton, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened to kill another person via text messages.
Reports said that Clayton told the victim “I’m kill you for real”. He also sent a message saying, “and I’m going to kill as many people as I can”.
Clayton is charged with terroristic threats and acts.
