Henry Lattimer III, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stalked his ex-girlfriend.
Reports stated that Lattimer followed the victim to her to a residence she was staying at causing her to leave to evade him. Hen then got out at the home and made contact with neighbors.
Authorities added that this occurred after another officer earlier that day spoke with him about staying away from the property.
Latimer is charged with stalking.
