Jacob Aiden Jimenez, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked his 25 year-old boyfriend.
Reports said that the victim received “visible injury” to his face.
Police added that they have a recording of Jimenez making threats to break the victim’s belongings. The victim was also heard whimpering in the background.
The victim reportedly suffered scratches and bruising to his face.
The incident occurred at their home on Benton Drive.
Jimenez is charged with simple battery and terroristic threats and acts.
