Rodney Mack Mitchell, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week at Atrium Health Floyd after he allegedly attacked his child’s mother.
Reports said that Mitchell hit the woman in the face, causing her to get a black eye and a busted lip. He then told the victim “I’m going to come for you again.”
Mitchell is also accused of pulling the victim’s hair and refusing to let go despite orders to do so by police.
Mitchell is charged with battery, disorderly conduct, terroristic threats and acts and obstruction.
