Courtney Jelisa Johnson, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Reports said that a search of Johnson at a location on Callier Springs Road resulted in officers finding the drugs as well two smoking devices, a digital scale and plastic baggies in a backpack.
Johnson is charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of drug related objects.
