Joshua Adam Griffin, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he, along with his unidentified girlfriend, broke into numerous vehicles around Kings Court and stole bank cards.
Reports said that after stealing the bank cards they went to different stores and made over $1,200 in purchases
Griffin is charged with financial transaction card fraud, two counts of party to a crime, four counts of entering an automobile with intent t commit a theft, four counts of financial transaction card fraud, and probation violation. Â
