Keyvan Jermaine McClinic Jr, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked and threatened his girlfriend after he allegedly found her cheating on him.
Reports stated that McClinic threatened to pistol whip the woman before grabbing and shaking her. The victim also suffered visible injuries (scratch marks) to her neck.
The incident occurred in front of two small children.
McClinic is charged with battery and terroristic threats and acts.
