Rome police arrested two individuals, Ray Harris Sr, 52 of Silver Creek, and Gail Patricia Bennett, 40 of Rome, after they were found to have been squatting at a home on Stonewall Street.
Reports said the couple did not have permission to be in the home.
Both are charged with criminal trespass.
