Summerville Police arrested a twenty-nine-year-old man on Monday of this week after a disturbance on Highway 48 in Summerville. 

According to police William Levi Ragland was “throwing objects and cursing” when they arrived on the scene. 

Ragland admitted to police that he had been drinking heavily and was arrested on charges of public intoxication and was booked into the Chattooga County Jail.
