Heather Lee Uber, 44 of Trenton, had to be forcibly taken into custody after officers discovered she had been driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Reports said that Uber refused to get out of her vehicle while at the Kings Inn on Martha Berry Blvd.
Authorities went on to say that Uber had previously been asked several times to leave the motel.
Uber is charged with DUI, criminal trespass and obstruction.
