Susan Elizabeth Flemister, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found with drugs while shoplifting at Food Lion.
Police said that Flemister stole $50.59 worth of food items from the store.
While being taken into custody she was found with two different types of drugs in a single bottle.
Flemister is charged with theft by taking and drugs not in original container.
