Amie Michelle Vaughn, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she used another’s persons bank card without their approval to make purchases around Rome.
Reports said that Vaughn charged $1,204.17 at various locations between September 1 and 19th of this year.
Vaughn is charged with financial transaction card fraud.
