Dustin Shane Reynolds, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a lost wallet at the East Rome McDonalds.
Reports said that the wallet was dropped from the back pocket of a woman before Reynold’s picked it up and never tried to return it.
Police said that after locating Reynold’s he refused to comply with officers.
Reynolds is charged with theft of mislaid property, criminal trespass, obstruction and four counts probation violation.
