Renwick Cortez Fain Sr, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attempted to return stolen toys at Walmart in West Rome.
Police said that the returned items were valued at $34.94, $9.57 and $24.97
Fain is charged with theft by shoplifting.
