Dashun Lavonte Rouse, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he used another person’s bank card without their approval to purchase a Deep Tish Lunch Combo from Little Caesar’s Pizza.
The purchase was for $5.99.
Rouse is charged with financial transaction card fraud.
