A 24 year-old Rome man, Taivion James Rosser, accused of an armed robbery last week is now facing additional charges.

Reports said that because Rosser pointed the gun at the clerk, the action could have resulted in serious injury or death.

Rosser is now charged with felony aggravated assault charge.


Taivion James Rosser, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he robbed the Exxon service station on Rockmart Road at gunpoint.

Reports said that Rosser pulled a gun on the clerk and demanded money from the register.

He walked out with an undisclosed amount of money.

The incident occurred on October 6th and Rosser was captured this week thanks to the store’s security footage revealing his idenity.

Rosser is charged with armed robbery.
