A Pepperell High School student, Billy Richard Jackson, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week at school after he allegedly distributed drugs to numerous students resulting in them being taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Reports said that Jackson admitted to police that he sold the THC gummies to the juveniles “to make money”.
Jackson is charged with possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, two counts of distribution of a Schedule I controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance within 1000 feet of a school, possession of marijuana, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and disruption of a public school.
