Dylan Scott Mulling 23 of Vidalia, was arrested at Rome River Jam after reports said he was found drunken and acting disorderly.
Police added that after they first tried to remove Mulling from the property to deescalate the situation. However, Mulling found his way back inside after being banned from returning.
Mulling is charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
