Joran Lee Mills, 28 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said he intentionally caused injury to another man when he punched him in the side of his head.
The victim was left with visible injuries and bleeding to his ear and forehead.
The incident occurred on October 15th at a home on Kerce Road.
While taking him into custody officers said that they found him in possession of marijuana.
Mills is charged with battery and possession of marijuana.
