Jason Eric Rom, 37 of Gotham, WI, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he stole a U-Haul truck.
Rom was found and taken into custody near the intersection of GA 140 and Davis Loop Road.
Rom is charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property.
