An inmate at the Floyd County Jail Terrence LaShaun Clowers, 41 of Rome, is facing additional charges this week after reports said he attached a 48 year-od man.
Reports said that Clowers “maliciously caused bodily harm” to the victim. Authorities added that Clowers caused “serious disfigurement to the victim’s body”.
Clowers is now charged with aggravated battery.
He was originally arrested on August 24th on three child support warrants.
