Abigail Lynette Allen, 26 of Aragon, was arrested this week after reports said she stole a 74 year-old woman’s bank card and then made cash withdrawals without her consent.
She is also accused of stealing a tow dolly from a home on Wax Road and then selling it on Facebook marketplace. The dolly was valued at $1,000.
The thefts occurred between August and September of this year.
Allen is charged with theft by taking, financial transaction card fraud and exploitation of the elderly.
