A 2nd man, Edgardo Larios-Funez, 20 of Rome, has been arrested this week after reports said he got into a fight with another person near the intersection of Coker and Westlyn Drive.
Police said that the men agreed to meet in a public place so that they could fight. The altercation, which occurred in the middle of the road, was captured by security cameras at a nearby gas station.
Larios-Funez is charged with affray.
