Christopher Rocky Lee Bishop, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was stopped for speeding on the North Rome Connector and was then found in possession of drugs.
Police said that they stopped Bishop for driving 64 mph in 45 zone near Martha Berry Highway. While stopped, officers added that Bishop was found in possession of a vape pen that tested positive for THC.
Bishop is charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled substance and speeding.
