Kathleen Ferguson, 64 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she refused to pay for her taxi raide.
Authorities said that Ferguson got out of a taxi ride without paying her $19 fee.
The incident occurred back on September 3rd.
Ferguson is charged with theft of mislaid service.
