A 23 year-old Rome man, Marquivias Shabron Nicholson, has been jailed for numerous counts of homicide, shoots and attacks while leading a street gang around the area.
Nicholson was indicted last month for the murder of Derricus Smith on Perkins Street in May.
He was joined by three others, 20-year-old Justin Antonio Glynn, 20-year-old Malachai Alexander Williams, and 18-year-old Corey Lashun Chatman Jr. in the shooting.
Nicholson is charged with homicide, battery, simple battery, aggravated assault, and four counts of leadership of a street gang.
