Darrin Nicholas Dakota Rice, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he drove two minor children to a location on Rising Fawn Trail in order for them to attack other children.
Reports added that Rice watched as the two juvenile children pushed, punched, and kicked the victims.
Rice is charged with simple assault and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
