Michael Steven Boswell, 45 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he was found inside the City of Rome asking people for money so that he could buy his medications.
Authorities stated that Boswell was sitting on the curb of the West Rome Walmart when they arrived on scene. Authorities said that Boswell was cited last year for panhandling at the same location.
Boswell is charged with panhandling.
