Nicholas Ryan Foubert, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he ran from them while attempted to serve a warrant.
Police said that they observed Foubert running into his Old Dalton Road home while yelling, “the cops area here, Daddy!”.
Foubert then locked himself inside a bathroom in order to evade arrest.
Foubert is charged with willful obstruction and contempt of court.
