Johnny Lee Olive Sr, 36 of Rome, was arrested after stalking and attacking a woman while she was at Swift and Finch on Broad Street.
Police said the the victim was walking out of the location before Olive chased her back in and used a tazer on her.
Reports said that the victim had placed a TPO against Olive before the attack.
Olive is charged with aggravated assault and aggravated stalking.
