Cheryl Ann Sullins, 65 of Kingston, was arrested in Rome after reports said she concealed numerous items into a bag and proceeded to walk out of the East Rome Walmart without paying for them.
Authorities said that Sullins stole $138.38 worth of items.
Sullins is charged with theft by shoplifting.
