William George Horn, 52 of Canton, was booked into the Floyd County Jail after he was accused of using another’s bank card to make purchases around Rome.
Reports said that on September 2nd, Horn made a purchase for $133.61 at the West Rome Walmart with another’s card without their permission.
Later that day, Horn is accused of making another purchase at the Circle K on Shorter Avenue for $25.24.
Horn is charged with two counts financial transaction card fraud.
