Nicole Tyvon Brown, 44 of Calhoun, was arrested this week after reports said she kidnapped her 24 year-old daughter from a home on Jackson Street in Rome
Reports said that Brown pulled out a gun and forced the victim to get into her car and refused to allow her to leave.
Brown is charged with kidnapping, simple assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
