Aaron Pete Royal Tidwell, 34 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he received $2,000 in cash to build a porch for an elderly woman and then never came back to do the job.
The incident occurred back on June 1st at a home on Abrams Road.
Tidwell is charged with felony theft by taking and exploitation of the elderly.
