Oblanson Gregory Deuzan, 20 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he “charged aggressively” toward a police officer at the Town Green.
Reports said that the altercation began when officers asked Duezan to stop so that he could speak with him.
The altercation occurred just before midnight on Saturday.
Deuzan is charged with obstruction.
