Christopher Dewayne Bailey, 38 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after police said he led them on a motorcycle and foot chase.
Officers said that Bailey was found driving a stolen Suzuki motorcycle when they attempted a traffic stop.
Bailey then allegedly attempted to flee before pulling into a driveway and attempting to run away on foot.
He was captured after a brief chase.
Officers added that Bailey also attacked a different license plate on the motorcycle to conceal the identity.
Bailey is also accused of spray painting over the serial number.
Bailey is charged with felony shoplifting, three counts of felony theft by receiving stolen property, obstruction, concealing the identity of a vehicle, driving a vehicle with an altered ID mark, and three counts of probation violation.
