Nicole Lucile Rinker, 35 of Rome, and Racquel Price, 36 of Rome, were arrested this week after police said they were found with methamphetamine after giving a 7-year-old a child a THC vape and THC gummy.
The child told authorities that “she did not want to do it” and that she “did not like the way it made her feel”.
Medical staff reported that the child had been placed under excessive mental and physical stress due to the actions of Rinker and Price.
Officers went on to say that while taking the women into custody they found them in possession of suspected methamphetamine and crushed pills in a plastic baggie.
Both are charged with possession of methamphetamine, drugs not in their original container, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, reckless conduct and 1st degree cruelty to children.
