Carmeka Donyelle Andrews, 42 of Rome, was arrested twice in a day this week for various crimes.
Reports said that Andrews was originally arrested at an apartment on Woodcreek Way after causing damage to another’s property.
Authorities stated that after getting out of jail and being banned from returning, she followed the victim back to the home and placed her under surveillance with the purpose of harassing and intimidating her.
Andrews is charged with stalking and criminal trespass.
