Nicholas Brandon Worthy, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he assaulted two people at a home on Rising Fawn Trail.
Reports said that Worthy grabbed one victim, identified only as D.R., by the shirt and pulled them toward him. Worthy is then accessed of hitting a victim, identified as M.M., multiple times. M.M suffered bruising and redness to the arm and neck area.
A minor was with Worthy at the time of the assault.
Worthy had also been ordered to stay away from the victim in early July
Worthy is charged with two counts of simple assault, aggravated stalking, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
