Jasmine Ciara Ragland, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found beating on a door to another’s home and screaming at the resident.
Police added that while attempting to take Ragland into custody she kept pulling away from them and began to roll around on the ground.
The incident occurred on Edgewood Avenue.
Ragland is charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction.
