Austin Lee Hall, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he repeatedly exposed his penis while ordering food from Blue Fin.
Reports said that in July, and again last week, Hall pulled into the curbside pickup and had his penis exposed when they brought him his order.
Hall is charged with two counts public indecency
