Joseph Bradley Ineichen Jr, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a wedding ring from an 85-year-old woman.
Police said that the theft occurred sometime between July 25th and July 27th.
He was later found with the ring at Knight’s Jewelers. The ring was valued at $2,500.
Ineichen is charged with felony theft by taking, exploitation of the elderly, felony theft by receiving stolen property, and probation violation.
