Kevin Leon Hulsey, 48 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he imprisoned and injured his girlfriend at a location on Old Cedartown Road.
Police said that Hulsey threw the 18 year-old victim to the ground and then refused to allow her to leave the home.
Hulsey is charged with battery, false imprisonment and probation violation.
