An inmate at the Floyd County Prison, Michael Anthony Lockhart Jr, 32 of Augusta, was booked into the Floyd County Jail this week after reports said he was found in possession of 17.23 grams of methamphetamine.
Reports said that Lockhart hid the drugs in a peanut butter jar that was found inside his property box.
He was found with the drugs back in May but was booked this week after being released for his previous crime.
Lockhart is charged with possession of methamphetamine and items prohibited by an inmate.
