Jeremiah Eugene Barry Golden, 19 of Dalton, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a Dodge 2500 pickup truck from a home on Sunflower Place in Northern Floyd County.
Reports said that Golden then took the car to a location on Turner Road in Northern Floyd County and left it in the woods.
The car had been reported stolen back in August of 2021.
Then in November, Golden is accused of being in possession of a stolen car that had also been reported stolen from Turner Road. Golden is accused of showing videos of the stolen car to friends and other witnesses.
Golden is charged with theft by taking and felony theft by receiving stolen property.
