Levi Cade Stollar, 34 of Dallas, was arrested in Rome after police said he was found with various drugs while trespassing at a home on Deerbrook Drive.
Police stated that Stroller had been previously told to leave the home when he came back without permission.
After officers arrived, they stated that Stollar was found with methamphetamine and marijuana in his possession.
Stollar is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and criminal trespass.
